Hooligan is a Russian brand of hookah tobacco that appeared on the market in 2021. It was launched by true professionals in the industry who managed to create a unique product for the tobacco industry.

About the Hooligan Hookah Tobacco

Firstly, the development department did not stop at two, but three types of raw materials: Virginia tobacco leaf (Poland), Burley (Italy), and a blend of cigar leaves from Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic. This allowed the creators to improve the basic consumer properties of the blend and achieve an even distribution of strength and aroma throughout the smoking session.

Secondly, the flavorists of Hooligan decided to forego the use of traditional European flavorings from Germany and France, and instead focused on the Japanese market. There, they discovered highly concentrated premium quality flavorings that worked exceptionally well. Thanks to them, Hooligan’s flavors are rich, and the taste lasts on average 30-50% longer than that of competitors.

In a short time since its inception, Hooligan has established itself well in the market: its fan base is growing every day, and the experimental approach to flavor creation is generating interest in all the brand’s flavors.
