Black tobacco brand BlackBurn is becoming increasingly popular in the Czech market. Originally from Russia, where it was introduced in 2019, this brand has quickly gained the favour of tobacco lovers thanks to its unique composition and flavour profile. BlackBurn tobacco is made from the finest quality Toasted Burley leaves, which are known for their rich and deep flavour. The process of toasting these leaves ensures that the tobacco acquires the subtle bitterness that is the hallmark of this brand.

The interesting thing is the production process itself, where, unlike the usual cooking of raw tobacco leaves, the manufacturer uses softening of tobacco in a special mixture for 48h and subsequent fermentation for 2 weeks. This stretches the process, but gives the tobacco a specific flavour and avoids variations in tobacco characteristics from between batches. The tobacco's distinctive flavour is also imparted by a special corn syrup that has been produced by a large American company specifically for BlackBurn. It also gives the tobacco excellent heat properties and great heat resistance.
